CARBON CHARGE

Privacy and support

Your account. Your request.

Use this page to find the resident request process, including an account-deletion request. Requests are authenticated inside Carbon Charge so a public page cannot act on somebody else’s account.

Read the privacy policy

This page explains how to make a privacy request. It does not itself delete an account, generate an export, send an email, or complete fulfilment. We handle each request ourselves and aim to respond within 30 days.

Account deletion

Request deletion without sharing account details here.

  1. Sign in

Open Carbon Charge and sign in with the code sent to your resident email address.

  2. Open Support & privacy

Choose Support & privacy in the Carbon Charge app navigation.

  3. Choose your request

Choose Support, Correct my profile, Request my data, or Request account deletion.

  4. Confirm and track

For deletion, confirm the request. Carbon Charge records a reference and keeps the account active until authorised processing occurs.

Support and data

Support, profile corrections and data requests

The authenticated request panel in the Carbon Charge app also covers support, profile corrections and data requests.

Do not put passwords, card details or health information into a request. The panel records a request reference and its status; it does not automatically change account data or disclose a data export.

If you cannot sign in, contact Carbon Charge on 0468 403 129 and ask for resident access support. Do not send account credentials by SMS or email.

Information in this product

How Carbon Charge handles your information.

Resident account and outlet-assignment information is used to authenticate a resident and keep a bay allocation from being silently changed.

Charging session, operational and meter records are kept separately from billing records. The privacy policy has the full detail.
